PURPOSE OF THE SYMPOSIUM

The International Symposium „Reconfiguring Educational Paradigms in an International Context/ Reconfigurarea Paradigmelor Educaționale în Context Internațional/ Реконфигуриране на образователните парадигми в международен контекст” aims to facilitate the international exchange of ideas, best practices, and innovative models regarding the reconfiguration of educational paradigms, in the context of current societal transformations, as well as to promote a modern education focused on competencies, adaptability, and international collaboration.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SYMPOSIUM

  1. To promote excellence and the reconfiguration of educational paradigms through the dissemination of innovative teaching practices and pedagogical research outcomes at an international level;
  2. To develop and to certify teachers’ professional competencies through engagement in scientific activities, exchange of experience, and the use of modern, digital, and interdisciplinary methods;
  3. To enhance the scientific contribution of participants through the publication of papers in the symposium volume (with ISSN), thereby increasing academic visibility and enriching professional portfolios;
  4. To initiate and strengthen international educational partnerships in order to develop joint projects and facilitate the transfer of best practices;
  5. To encourage teachers’ participation in continuous professional development and educational research, in accordance with the current requirements of European education systems.

III. THEME

The reconfiguration of educational paradigms through pedagogical innovation, digitalization, and international collaboration aims to analyze and promote modern educational models adapted to current global transformations — innovative teaching approaches, the effective integration of digital technologies, and the development of international educational partnerships, in order to foster competencies relevant to contemporary society and the challenges of the future.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

  • Teaching staff from pre-university and university education (early childhood educators, primary teachers, secondary teachers, lecturers, assistant professors, university professors).
  • Educational and administrative personnel (educational counsellors, school inspectors, school principals, academic managers) involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational strategies at national and international level.
