PURPOSE OF THE SYMPOSIUM

The International Symposium “Excellence in Modern Education through Pedagogical Innovation / Excelența în Educația Modernă prin Inovație Pedagogică / Превъзходство в съвременното образование чрез педагогически иновации” aims to promote quality, creativity, and performance in education by capitalizing on innovative pedagogical practices and relevant educational experiences developed in both national and international contexts.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SYMPOSIUM

  1. To promote excellence in education through the dissemination of modern teaching strategies and pedagogical innovation.
  2. To develop the professional competencies of educators by integrating active, digital, and interdisciplinary methods.
  3. To value academic and practical contributions through the publication of papers in the symposium proceedings (with ISSN).
  4. To create sustainable partnerships among educational institutions in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, and other European countries.
  5. To strengthen international collaboration among educational institutions and professionals in the field of education.

THEME

Pedagogical innovation as a driver of educational excellence in the contemporary school – modern approaches, effective teaching strategies, and best practices that transform the teaching–learning process into a relevant endeavor, adapted to learners’ needs and the challenges of the 21st century.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

  • Teaching staff from pre-university and university education (early childhood educators, primary teachers, secondary teachers, lecturers, assistant professors, university professors).
  • Educational and administrative personnel (educational counselors, school inspectors, school principals, academic managers) involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational strategies at national and international level.

SECTIONS OF THE SYMPOSIUM

The Symposium is structured into three main sections, designed to support the dissemination of academic research, the exchange of best practices, and the integration of innovative tools in contemporary education.

  1. Scientific Articles
  • Papers that analyze educational models, public policies, teaching strategies, and interdisciplinary research, with emphasis on innovation, transnational collaboration, and the adaptation of education to the challenges of the 21st century.

  • Examples of successful projects and best practices implemented in multicultural and diverse educational contexts.
