OBJECTIVES OF THE SYMPOSIUM:

1. To promote international educational collaboration through the exchange of best practices and scientific research.
2. To strengthen the professional competencies of teaching staff by integrating digital resources, educational technologies, and innovative methodologies.
3. To disseminate academic contributions through the publication of papers in the Symposium Journal (with ISSN).
4. To create sustainable partnerships between educational institutions from Romania, Bulgaria, and other EU Member States.

• Transforming Education through Knowledge and International Collaboration — an essential process for developing teachers’ competencies, integrating good educational practices, and strengthening cross-border academic partnerships aimed at building a modern, inclusive, and future-oriented education system.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:

• Teaching staff from pre-university and higher education (teachers, preschool educators, primary teachers, lecturers, assistant professors, university professors).
• Teaching and administrative personnel in the field of education (educational counselors, school inspectors, school principals, academic managers) involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational strategies at national and international level.

SYMPOSIUM SECTIONS:

The structure of the Symposium is organized into three main sections designed to support academic research dissemination, the exchange of best practices, and the integration of innovative tools in contemporary education.

• Scientific Papers
  Works analyzing educational models, public policies, teaching strategies, and interdisciplinary research, with emphasis on innovation, transnational collaboration, and the adaptation of education to the challenges of the 21st century.
• Educational Projects and Best Practices
  Examples of successful projects and good practices implemented in multicultural contexts.
• Teaching Materials and Digital Educational Tools
  The creation and presentation of teaching materials, worksheets, interactive questionnaires, and innovative feedback tools that support the teaching–learning–assessment process, stimulate critical and creative thinking, and foster collaboration between teachers and students on a global level.
