1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Education Management Institute EOOD, administrator of the Education Management Institute Platform (https://edumanagement.institute), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”.

2. Services

Through the Platform, the Operator provides:

• Registration and account creation;
• Access to educational resources and online events;
• Paid services related to symposium participation and educational management.
• Some services are free of charge (e.g. creating an account), while others are subject to payment.

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and complete personal data.
• Users shall not submit or publish unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Payments

• Payments for services are made exclusively online via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in EUR.
• The Operator reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice, except for orders already placed.

5. Refunds

• Fees paid for digital services, educational resources, or event participation are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• In exceptional cases (such as double charges or technical errors), Users may submit a written refund request to the Operator within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
• Approved refunds will be processed exclusively through Stripe to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• The Operator reserves the right to deduct applicable bank or transaction fees from the refunded amount.

6. Data Protection

The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform (texts, logos, documents, educational materials) belongs to the Operator or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Liability

• The Operator shall not be held liable for temporary unavailability of the Platform.
• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

9. Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent Bulgarian courts.
