- Regulations and programmes on academic mobility and Erasmus+ – establish standards for recognition, credits, and cooperation between educational institutions in the EU.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data – applicable to the collection, processing, and storage of participants’ personal information.
- Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market – relevant for the publication and dissemination of scientific papers in the symposium proceedings.
Romania
- Law no. 198/2023 on pre-university education, with subsequent amendments and completions (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 95/2024);
- Law no. 199/2023 on higher education, updated;
- Order of the Ministry of Education no. 3803/2023 – Methodology regarding the continuous professional development of teaching staff and the accreditation of training providers;
- Order of the Ministry of Education no. 3251/2023 – Methodology for granting the merit grade;
- Law no. 132/1999 on adult vocational training, republished and updated.
Bulgaria
- Preschool and School Education Act (PSEA) – in force since 2016, with the latest amendments;
- Vocational Education and Training Act (VETA) – with the latest amendments and additions, 2024;
- Ordinance No. 15 of 22 July 2019 on the status and professional development of teachers, school principals, and other pedagogical specialists;
- Ordinance No. 8 of 11 August 2016 on information and documentation within the preschool and school education system.
Registration for the Symposium:
Teachers may choose one of the three available packages:
BASIC Package (Participant) – €19.95
- Digital documents delivered exclusively online, in the participant’s client account.
STANDARD Package (Collaborator) – €29.90
- Includes all benefits of the Basic Package.
- All documents are provided online, in the participant’s client account.
PREMIUM Package (Partner) – €44.95
- Includes all documents and benefits of the Basic and Standard Packages.
- Documents are delivered both online and in printed format.
Deadlines:
- Registration and submission of materials: by December 28, 2025.
Issuance of digital documents: starting December 28, 2025 (in the client account).
Dispatch of printed documents (Premium Package): starting January 15, 2025.
Symposium Journal (digital format, ISSN): available online starting January 15, 2025.
Important Notes:
- The registration fee covers: participation with one material, publication in the symposium volume (ISSN), issuance of certificates and documents, and shipping (for the printed version – Premium Package only).
All digital documents are uploaded directly to the participant’s client account on the website.
